YOU CAN INSTALL FORTNITE BETA ON ANDROID NOW!

Fortnite is now available for all android users since its original launch in August, and exclusively for Samsung Galaxy devices, you get the new Galaxy skin, which is readily redeemable in-game. You can finally play the battle royale game on your phone so you do not require an invite to play, Epic announced.

The Android version of the game is open to everyone with a compatible device.

Unlike most Android games it has its own installer, so you won't find it in the Google Play store. Though if you're using an older phone, don't expect Fortnite to look amazing.

You can follow these steps for getting it up and running.

1. Avoid play store

Even if you search the app on play store it would return a special warning from google reading " Fortnite Battle Royal by Epic Games. Inc is not available on Google Play".

2. Check your device

If you have a compatible Samsung device you can download Fortnite right away through Samsung Game Launcher or from  Epic's website if you're not using a Samsung device.

3. Sign up for the waiting list

If you don't have a Samsung device, the best way is to get Fortnite is to sign up for Epic's beta.

4. Wait for your invite

The final part is to just hold tight and you'll be notified via e-mail once you are invited.

5. Download the installer and the game

Because of the unique distribution here, you will have to download two separate applications. You may need to turn off special permissions in your android settings that allow you to download third-party applications.

Fornite is available on iOS too.
