1. Silicon Valley


The show starts out by charting the typically rapid rise of the small startup Pied Piper,  led by the brilliant T. J. Miller as Erlich Bachman. The core technology behind the tv show is a compression algorithm by Richard's Pied Piper. HBO's Silicon Valley has all the comedy in all the corners of Silicon Valley with a small team of nerds. It gives a hint on how the tech giants operate and go about their activities. Silicon Valley is wrapping up after a six-year run, and it arrives at a time when big tech might need more skewering than ever. Season 6 which was premiered not long ago is available to stream. 2. Mr Robot


Have you wondered what one person can do with a keyboard, that's what Mr Robot seeks to achieve. Mr Robot is about Elliot Anderson, a cybersecurity engineer by day and a white-hat hacker by night who is drafted into a conspiracy to hack the biggest corporation in America and eliminate debt. However, Anderson also suffers from social anxiety disorder and depression. His conditions allow him to see his dead father, but they do not hamper his abilities as a hacker. The show touches on lots of interesting implications of technology, not just the ethics and minutiae of hacking but also the potential impact of cryptocurrencies on world economies. In other to keep the show real, the producers have hired real-life hackers to assist in the writing process to keep it as true as possible.

3. The IT crowd


IT Crowd isn't a showcase of futuristic tech, but a look at the shenanigans of the mismatched rabble of the IT department in the fictional Denholm Industries. An interesting feat about this show is It's a British comedy classic, taking its place alongside the likes of Peep Show and The Office. You are guaranteed to laugh out loud, sometimes uncontrollably.

A crackle drama that involves a desperate banker, a Haitian gang lord and a Cuban-American hacker work together to create a different version of the darknet to organize crime in America. This follows the emergence of GenCoin which is centred one digital currency, and this idea gets incubated on the wrong side of the tracks.

The series centres on O'Brien and his group of geek friends helping solve complex global problems and save lives. Scorpion is said to be the last line of defence against complex, high-tech threats around the globe. Drawing on a diverse set of skills and experience such as coding, psychology, and engineering, they are able to solve these situations.
